Welcome to Diana Automotive. By accessing our website at www.dianaautomotive.com or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to the following terms.

Diana Automotive is an automotive parts supplier and vehicle service provider based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. We specialise in parts and servicing for European vehicles including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen. All parts listed on our website are aftermarket replacement components sourced from reputable manufacturers. Product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility information are provided in good faith based on manufacturer data. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify fitment against their vehicle's VIN or existing part number before purchasing. Diana Automotive is not liable for parts ordered incorrectly by the customer.

All prices displayed on our website are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged at the time of order confirmation is final for that transaction. All vehicle repair and maintenance work carried out by Diana Automotive is performed by qualified technicians using quality parts. We provide a written quote before commencing any work. Work will not proceed without the customer's approval. Diana Automotive is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or faults not identified during the original inspection scope.

Vehicle repair and maintenance work carried out by Diana Automotive is warranted for 30 days or 1,000 km (whichever comes first) from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover wear-and-tear, customer misuse, or damage caused by third parties. Parts supplied and fitted by Diana Automotive carry the manufacturer's own warranty terms. Parts purchased without installation are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Diana Automotive will assist customers in processing warranty claims where applicable, but the final decision rests with the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover parts damaged during installation by third parties, parts used on incompatible vehicles, or normal wear and tear.

To the maximum extent permitted by Tanzanian law, Diana Automotive's total liability for any claim arising from products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question. Diana Automotive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to vehicle downtime, lost income, or towing costs. All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Diana Automotive and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Dar es Salaam. Diana Automotive reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

However, no method of electronictransmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolutesecurity. Shipping & Returns Policy

Diana Automotive ships automotive parts within Tanzania.International shipping is not currently available. Delivery is available to allmajor cities and towns within mainland Tanzania. Dar es Salaam local delivery takes 1–3 business days.Other major cities including Dodoma, Arusha, Mwanza, and Mbeya take 3–7business days. Rural areas may take 5–10 business days depending on locationand courier availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due tofactors beyond our control including weather, public holidays, and couriercapacity.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight,dimensions, and delivery location. The shipping fee is displayed at checkoutbefore payment. Diana Automotive may offer free shipping promotions from timeto time — these will be clearly communicated on the website. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive aconfirmation via email or WhatsApp with tracking details where available. Ifyou do not receive dispatch confirmation within 3 business days of placing yourorder, please contact us. Some parts are sourced directly from suppliers in Germanyand may require additional lead time. If a product is not in local stock, wewill inform you of the estimated delivery time before confirming your order.Expected lead time for internationally sourced parts is typically 14–28business days. You may return a product within 14 days of delivery ifthe part is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition, ifthe part received is incorrect or does not match the product description, or ifthe part is defective or damaged on arrival.Returns are not accepted for parts that have beeninstalled, used, or modified, electrical components that have been connected ortested (due to safety and warranty reasons), parts ordered incorrectly by thecustomer (wrong vehicle, wrong specification), or fluids, oils, and lubricantsonce opened. Please verify fitment before ordering.

Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 14 days ofreceiving your order. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish toreturn, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business dayswith return instructions. If the return is due to our error (wrong part sent,defective product), Diana Automotive will cover the return shipping cost. Ifthe return is for any other reason (change of mind, customer ordering error),the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we willprocess your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the originalpayment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due toour error. If you received the wrong part or a defective item, wewill send the correct replacement at no additional cost once the return isreceived and inspected. If you would like to exchange for a different product,this will be processed as a return and new order. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing,contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
